I am currently in the process of using Google Sites to create a unit on classroom dynamics.  I have chose Google Sites because I think it will be the most universally accessible application, one which will be compatible with other Google applications, and one which promises to be around for the foreseeable future.

  1. I also chose to use Google Sites for my online learning module. I agree with you that it is a good option to use if you want to be able to count on it being around in the future. Is Classroom Dynamics a course that you already teach? I personally have struggled learning all of the parts of Google Sites and organizing them the best way possible. How was your experience setting up your module? Did you use anything from our class to help you develop your module? I look forward to seeing your work tomorrow!

  2. Bob, you are an inspiration as you continue on this journey to bring online learning tools into your arsenal of teaching tools. Glad to hear that Google sites is working for you and Bethany. I used wikispaces instead. My Math and Science Methods teachers both have wikis for our courses. Good luck on continuing your online learning module.
